Voters made two good decisions in election

DEAR EDITOR:

I am calling out The Vindicator for not giving credit to those Ohioans who supported state Issue 1. It was passed by a statewide margin of 13%, which is quite substantial. It was a strong statement made by voters.

The same should be said by Austintown voters who rejected Eric Vereb and his opposition to the Austintown Fire Department issue. The voters value emergency services in our township.
