No social distance at N. Lima vaccine site

DEAR EDITOR:

My wife went to Mercy Health North Lima for a vaccine shot. I was amazed at the lack of social distancing and no temperatures being taken.

I left my wife at the door, then parked the car. I entered the building in search of her. The first-floor people were all masked and socially distanced.

The virus vaccine was administered on the second floor. When I entered the second floor, I was amazed at what I saw. There must have been 30 or 40 people in a hallway, packed in like sardines. All these people were waiting for their shot.

The staff was working very hard. Whoever was responsible for setting up this clinic did not do a very good job. There was not enough room for the number of appointments they made. No room for social distancing!

I was thankful my wife received her shot, but shocked at what I saw.

They close bars for less than what I saw at Mercy Health North Lima.

Mercy! Mercy!
