AUSTINTOWN — John E. Murphy, affectionately known as Jack, passed away Friday, July 25, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was 67. Born Feb. 14, 1958, in Pittsburgh, Pa., Jack was the son of Regis and Phyllis Ward Murphy. A 1976 graduate of Baldwin Whitehall High School, Jack went on to build a successful career as a construction manager in the cellular tower industry, retiring in 2021 after 25 years of dedicated service. YOUNGSTOWN – On Wednesday, July 23, 2025, Steven “Steve” John Vivo III, 84, passed away peacefully and was welcomed into heaven and the gracious arms of our Lord. Steve was born Oct. 13, 1940, in Youngstown, to Steven and Helen Tomocik Vivo. A graduate of East High School and lifelong resident of Youngstown, Steve started his career at Vivo Iron & Metal, where he worked alongside his father, brother and other relatives. YOUNGSTOWN – Donald E. “Don” Huttelmayer, 85, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. He was born March 30, 1940, in Meadville, Pa., a son of the late Frank and Betty Kern Huttelmayer. He married Nancy Orr on June 30, 1984. He was a 1958 graduate of Meadville High School and retired from CSX in 2000 after 35 years of service. Don was of Protestant faith. Don was honorably discharged from the US Army in 1966. Born Sept. 6, 1932, in Baiano, Italy, John was the beloved son of the late Michael and Anna Napolitano Masucci. His deep love for all things Italian was rooted in his heritage.
