NILES — Deborah J. Illencik, 59, of Niles, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, July 5, 2026, following a brief illness. Debbie was born on Oct. 21, 1966. She attended Niles McKinley High School and The Gordon D. James Career Center. Debbie was preceded in death by her husband, James Illencik, whom she married on June 21, 1999; her parents, Patricia and Ronald Haudenschilt; her grandparents, Alice and Earl Ripple; and her pets, Midnight and Misty. TORONTO (AP) — Lloyd Robertson, who served as chief anchor of CTV National News for 27 years and became one of Canada’s most trusted journalists on the country’s top-rated nightly television newscast, has died. He was 92. CTV News said Robertson’s family confirmed his death Tuesday.
