Elaine Ciccotelli 1961-2025

LISBON — Elaine Ciccotelli, 63, passed away Thursday, Aug. 14, 2025. Born Sept. 29, 1961, in Youngstown, she was the beloved daughter of Anthony and Mary Lou Zarlingo Ciccotelli. Elaine graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in 1979. She worked at Dollar Bank and the Mahoning County Child Support Enforcement Agency. Elaine is survived by her sister, Annette Todessa of Campbell; brother, Tony Ciccotelli of Boardman; and nephew, Sam Todessa.
