YOUNGSTOWN - Lenore Marie Jones, age 76, of Boardman, passed away on Nov. 4, 2026.
Born on Nov. 21, 1949, in Youngstown, she was the daughter of Edward Laughlin and Mildred Schaefer Laughlin.
A graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School, Class of 1968, Lenore dedicated her professional life to the Trust Department at Dollar Bank, which later became PNC.
Lenore was a devoted member of St. Charles Borromeo Roman Catholic Parish. Lenore cherished her time spent at the casinos, enjoying yard work and gardening, and creating lasting memories with her granddaughter through shopping excursions. She took joy in playing Bingo at the bar, having monthly dinners with her closest friends and gathering her family for cherished Friday night dinners.
Lenore married Paul G. Jones on Oct. 17, 1995, and he preceded her in death on April 9, 2019.
Lenore is survived by her daughter, Becky (Sam) Speziale; granddaughter, Gianna Speziale; sister-in-law, Margaret Laughlin; dear friends, Dale and Kathy Williams; Scott, Candace and Tanner Beblo; Jonathan and Mary Lou Hitesman; and beloved dog, Bella.
In addition to her parents and husband, Lenore was preceded in death by her brother, Donald E. Laughlin.
Calling hours will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 8, 2026, at Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Boardman-Canfield Chapel, 3701 Starrs Centre Drive.
Prayers will begin at 10:15 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 9, 2026, at the funeral home, followed by an 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Catherine of Siena Parish – St. Charles Borromeo Church.
She will be laid to rest in Lake Park Cemetery.
