FAYETTE COUNTY, Pa. - Stephanie Lynn Moore, 41, passed away quickly on Monday, Sept. 14, 2026, at her home in Uniontown, Fayette County, Pa.
Stephanie Lynn was born on Feb. 28, 1985, in Salem, Columbiana County, Ohio, and raised in Columbiana, Ohio, and Pittsburgh, Pa. She was the daughter of Thomas Edward Moore of Niles and Donna Marie Knapp Moore of Crafton, Pittsburgh, Pa.
Stephanie Lynn is survived by two older half sisters, Lisa Beth Moore of Youngstown and Laura Jean Moore Consiglio of New Middletown; two nephews, Michael Jude Consiglio Jr. (Mirna) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Stefano David Consiglio of Youngstown; one great-niece, Helen Kayleigh Consiglio of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and a host of family and cousins on both sides of her family who loved this little girl very much.
Stephanie was deceased by her parents and one brother-in-law, Michael Jude Consiglio Sr. of Struthers.
Thank you to everyone who had a hand in caring for Stephanie and making sure her needs were met. We are grateful beyond measure.
Arrangements were handled by Henney, Bradwell and Nirella Funeral Home in Carnegie, Pa., and Stephanie is to be inurned next to her mother at Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Scott Township, Pa., or inurned next to her dad at Lake Park Cemetery in Youngstown, whichever spot will be perfect because Stephanie was loved very much.
