Home was Robin's cherished sanctuary, his place of comfort and peace where life's simplest moments often meant the most. Though his passing leaves an immeasurable emptiness in the hearts of those who loved him, the memories he created, the kindness he shared, and the love he gave will forever remain.
Born on June 29, 1957, Robin was the son of the late Robert G. Parks and JoAnn Parks Ramey. He was a proud graduate of Cloverleaf High School and went on to build a dedicated career, first working for USG and later for General Motors. Through his years of hard work and commitment, Robin made a life for himself and his family that reflected his determination and steadfast nature.
Beyond his career, Robin enjoyed watching car racing, especially NASCAR, a passion that brought him excitement and enjoyment throughout his life.
Above all, Robin will be remembered for his kind and generous heart, his compassion for others and the genuine care he showed to those around him. His love for his family was an important part of who he was, and the memories shared with him will forever hold a special place in their hearts.
Robin is survived by the love of his life, Kathryn E. Parks. Together, they built a life filled with laughter, deep companionship and a shared devotion to their blended family. He also leaves behind his children, Mia Parks Moreno, Mindy Swonger (Tom) and Ryan Parks (Abigail); his stepchildren, Cynthia Hulburt (Timothy) and Paul Hulburt (Michele); and his sisters, Kym Parks and Gwen Parks.

Robin's passing leaves an immeasurable emptiness in the hearts of those who loved him, yet his life will continue to shine through the stories shared, the laughter remembered, and the kindness he inspired.
