POLAND--Pauline Zuccaro, 66, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2026.
She was born on Feb. 25, 1960, in Youngstown, a daughter of Eligio and Pauline Babich Zuccaro.
Pauline graduated from Leonard Kirtz School, where she was a cheerleader.
Pauline had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to laugh, listen to music, sing and dance, do word search puzzles, play bingo, bowl and crochet. She was always working on a new latchhook kit, making many pillows and wall hangings or crocheting hats and scarves that she gave to family and friends. She even crocheted a dress that won a ribbon at the Canfield Fair.
Pauline was a generous, loving and caring woman. She loved to go out to lunch and go shopping, never leaving the house without wearing bracelets and necklaces from her vast collection of jewelry. She looked forward to her annual birthday celebration and started planning for it on Jan. 1. Her favorite TV show was "I Love Lucy."
Pauline will be forever loved and deeply missed by her brother, Eugenea and his wife, Linda, and her sister, Elizabeth Hockenberry, who all took compassionate and exceptional care of her.
Pauline was preceded in death by her parents; her two brothers, Louis and Gerald; two sisters, Mary (Jack) Garthwaite, and Lois (Steve) Sweetko; and her brother-in-law, Scott Hockenberry.
