GIRARD - Patricia Spisak, 85, of Girard passed away unexpectedly at her home on Sunday, Oct. 25, 2026.
She was born on April 29, 1941, a daughter to the late William "Quimby" and Sophie Kulikowsky Catone.
Patricia was a graduate of Girard High School and went on to attend Trumbull Memorial Nursing School.
She was a devoted nurse who extended her care and kindness to everyone. Patricia worked as a registered nurse for Trumbull Memorial Hospital and in other private practices, offering skilled and compassionate care to the many patients and families she served through the years.
Patricia deeply cherished her time with family and always found her greatest joy bringing everyone together for dinner and holidays, keeping everyone close at heart.
She was a member of St. Rose Church in Girard and enjoyed singing in the church choir for many years.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 64 years, William "Bill" Spisak, whom she married on Aug. 18, 1962, and by her children, Cheryl (Jeff) DiVirgilio, Debbie (Chuck) Sammarone, William "Bill" (Laurie) Spisak and Cindy (Wagner) Spisak. She also leaves behind 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, whom she adored.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William Catone.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 30, at St. Rose Church in Girard.
Patricia will be laid to rest at Girard City Cemetery.
