LAKE MILTON - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Murle Allen McLaughlin on Sunday, Oct. 18, 2026, who was born on Nov. 10, 1956, and was reunited with his beloved parents and wife.

He is survived by his two daughters, Harmony (Billy) Harvey-Hightower and Jasmine (Joseph) Griffin. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren: Grace, Emily, Madison, Hunter, Abigail, Benjamin, Lilly and Rose.

He is also survived by Catherine McLaughlin, the mother of his daughters and former wife, as well as his close family friend Molly, and her family.

Murle was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Kaye McLaughlin; his father, Murle McLaughlin; and his wife, Janet Rinehart-McLaughlin, whom he has now joined in eternal rest.
