SAYBROOK -- Virginia "Ginger" Hall, 70, passed away Thursday, Sept. 10, 2026, at Cleveland Clinic.
She was born June 10, 1956, in Youngstown, the daughter of David C. and Amy L. Heasley Hall. She was a 1974 graduate of Girard High School and later went on to attend Westminster College.
Virginia worked for many years in the banking industry as a bank manager and was a member of the First Christian Church of Girard. She was a talented artist who enjoyed making items from beach glass and driftwood, as well as beautiful art from needlepoint.
She is survived by her brother, David Scott (Karen) Hall; nieces and nephews, Ryan, Timmy and Patrick Hall, Lauren McCormack, Carley Farinelli and Annie Reese; and several great-nieces and -nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Barbara (Rick) Reese.
Private family services will be observed.
