LARGO, Fla. -- Mary Paulette Nelson Carney, 80, died on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2026.
She was born in Youngstown and lived in Boardman before she moved to Largo, Florida, in 1986.
She leaves behind her children, Sherri (Mark), William, Gary and Jeffrey; along with nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Her husband, Edwin Carney, preceded her in death in 2007 after 41 years of marriage.
Though her absence leaves an emptiness in the hearts of her family, they are grateful for the many years, cherished moments, and beautiful memories they were blessed to share with her.
Paulette will be deeply missed.
