EDINBURG, Pa. -- Karen C. Blasko, 72, of Edinburg, Pa., passed away Friday, Sept. 4, 2026, at home, surrounded by her loving family.
Karen was born May 30, 1954, in New Castle, Pa., a daughter of Martin and Martha Peterson Dando.
She was a 1972 graduate of Mohawk High School.
For 17 years, she worked in the accounting department at Western Reserve Bank.
She was a member of Victory Church, where she worked in the accounting department and was a teacher for 18 years for the mission.
Karen enjoyed being around children.
Karen will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her family: her husband, Thomas R. Blasko Jr., whom she married Oct. 12, 1985; her stepdaughter, Christine Blasko of Girard; and two grandchildren, Patrick and Max. She also leaves her brother, Randy (Connie) Dando of Edinburg, Pa.
Her parents preceded her in death.
There will be services at noon Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026, with calling hours prior to the service from 10 a.m. to noon, at Victory Church, 3899 McCartney Road, Coitsville.
Memorial contributions may be made in Karen's memory to Kingdom Builders, in care of Victory Church, 3899 McCartney Road, Lowellville, OH 44436.
