HUDSON, Fla. -- William A. "Bill" Padgitt, 80, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2026.
Born in Youngstown, Ohio, he graduated from Liberty High School in 1964, entered the United States Navy in 1966 and retired as an electrician from Ohio Edison Electric Co. in Wadsworth, Ohio, where he held a leadership position and was widely respected for his exceptional electrical expertise.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol; parents, William and Doris; grandson, Jeremy; as well as beloved companion, Peppy.
William is survived by his children, Eric (Wendy), Allan (Taylor) and Cindy (Co) Quan; his brother, Gary; his grandchildren, Kayla Padgitt, Alan and Amy Carrington, and David and Monica Quan; as well as great-grandchildren, Benjamin, Aubrey, Melania and Wesley. William will be deeply missed by the family and his many friends and neighbors.
