Paul Thomas Logan 1938-2026

AUSTINTOWN -- Paul Thomas Logan, 88, passed away Sunday evening, Aug. 9, 2026, at St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital.

Thomas, as he was known, was born Feb. 5, 1938, in Warren, the son of Raymond and Margurite Wormly Logan.

He was a graduate of St. Mary High School and had worked for Peerless-Winsmith Inc. as a fluidizer for 22 years. Thomas also worked as a bus driver for many local school districts after retiring from Peerless-Winsmith.

Thomas was a member of Grace Nazarene Church for many years when he was able to attend. He was also a member of the Promise Keepers and was a big NASCAR fan.

Thomas leaves his wife, the former Lynda Hall, whom he married June 29, 1985; five daughters, Kathleen Logan of Austintown, Joyce Vincent of Cleveland, Cindy Logan of North Carolina, Debbie Jones of Niles, and Jennifer Jennings and her husband, Ken, of Brookfield; two sons, Joe Logan and Edward Logan, both of Austintown; one sister, Maureen Samuelson of Howland; as well as 12 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.

Besides his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Cassie; and a sister, Marcelline Kennedy.

Family and friends may call from 9 a.m. until the time of services at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2026, at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel.
