NORTH JACKSON -- Francis J. St. Clair Jr., 88, of Ellsworth, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2026, at his home, surrounded by family.
He was born on Jan. 10, 1938, in Bessemer, Pa., a son of the late Francis J. St. Clair Sr. and Dorothy Nord St. Clair.
Francis married Nancy Newell in 1964. Together, they shared 62 years of marriage and wonderful memories.
He had many professions, but he loved being a choir director. He was a skilled woodworker and enjoyed restoring furniture. He always had a book to read. However, his greatest joy was found in his family and pets.
Francis leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter and countless cherished memories. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Nancy St. Clair; children, Laura (Bob) Bacha and Keith (Bridgette) St. Clair; and grandchild, Rhianna Wolfson.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Charlotte Clay Terry.
In accordance with his wishes, no services will take place at this time.
In lieu of flowers, material contributions may be made to Noah's Lost Ark Exotic Animal Rescue in his memory.
