YOUNGSTOWN -- Debra Jean Neff, 57, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2026, with her family by her side at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.
Debra was born on Feb. 26, 1969, in Warren, the daughter of Charles D. and Carolyn A. Griffiths.
She was a 1987 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School.
She was previously employed at Aim Leasing for 20 years before joining PI&I Motor Express in 2022. Debra enjoyed musicals, putting together puzzles and listening to her favorite books, but most of all, she cherished spending time with her daughters and grandchildren.
Left to cherish Debra's memory are her mother, Carolyn A. Griffiths; her daughters, Sara (Seth) Hipkins and Rebecca (Zach) Granelly; and her beloved grandchildren, Madison, Charlee and Kelsey Hipkins and Lochlan Granelly.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles D. Griffiths.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 3, 2026, at Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard, with a funeral service following at 6 p.m.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Regina Wright, Christine Griffiths, Jen Gann, Donna Banks and Katie McGuire for their many years of love, friendship and unwavering support.
