ENID, Okla. -- Charles B. Waldo, born April 2, 1955, in Youngstown, Ohio, to Frank and Julie E. Hansford Waldo, departed this life on Monday, Aug. 24, 2026, in Enid, Oklahoma.
Charles attended elementary school at Paul C. Bunn until the sixth grade. After his father, Frank, retired in 1968, the family moved West and eventually settled in Enid, Oklahoma.
Charles attended North Enid-Carrier High School from 1968 to 1972, when the family moved to Canton, Oklahoma, where Charles graduated with the class of 1974. He then attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University, NWOSU, at Alva and later earned a bachelor's degree from East Central University at Ada, Oklahoma, in 1978.
Per Charles' request, no public funeral services will take place and his remains will be interred next to his father and mother at the Fort Gibson National Cemetery.
