Norma J. Sauceman 1938-2026

Norma was born Aug. 31, 1938 in Sharon, Pa., a daughter of Robert and Lillian Hutchison Ott.

She was a 1956 graduate of Sharon High School.

For 30 years Norma was a supervisor at Packard Electric, retiring in 1996.

She was a member of Churchill United Methodist Church.

Norma had a strong work ethic and had a firecracker of a personality. She enjoyed dancing, was a member of Trumbull Senior Production Company, and loved spending time with her friends at Howland SCOPE Senior Center.

In her retirement, Norma wintered in Florida and spent summers at Lake Erie.

Her husband, Carl Sauceman, whom she married in February 1957, passed away in 2004.

She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her family: her daughter, Kim (Vernon) Worona of Girard; four grandchildren, Lauren (Matt) Drombetta, Jeffrey (Alyssa) Worona, Brittany (Zach) Saum and Bjorn (Hailey) Zoccola; and eight great-grandchildren.

Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; her son, Kevin Sauceman; daughter, Kristine Zoccola; and brother, Robert Ott.

Services will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2026, with calling hours prior to the service, from 4 to 6 p.m., at Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home, Hubbard. Norma will be laid to rest in Hillcrest Memorial Park in Hermitage.

Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
