Judith L. Perdew 1949-2026
BOARDMAN — Judith Lynn Hubbard Perdew, 77, passed away peacefully Thursday, June 4, 2026, after a short illness, with her family by her side.
She was born March 25, 1949, in Youngstown, to Wilbert “Buster” and Betty Jean Hubbard and attended New Springfield High School.
She married Phil Perdew on Feb. 4, 1967. Judy served as a full-time homemaker for all 59 years of marriage.
Judy always enjoyed spending family time solving puzzles and card games at any family gathering. She grew up in Youngstown before she and Phil traveled with the Air Force. They finally settled in Boardman in 1972.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Lori (Brian) Vuksanovich of Poland; son, Michael (Kelly) Perdew of Austintown; granddaughter, Haley (Lucas) Perdew; grandsons, David and Jason Vuksanovich; and numerous family members in Ohio and Florida, as well as her cat, Joey.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents and by her sister, Margie Lowe.
The family will receive friends 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, June 15, 2026, at Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home, 11500 Market St., North Lima.
A memorial service will be 6 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, following visitation.
