David B. Cameron 1973-2026

WARREN — David B. Cameron, 53, passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2026.

David was born Jan. 13, 1973, in New Castle, Pa., a son of Glenn and Sara Gilmore Cameron.

A graduate of West Middlesex High School, David dedicated his career to construction work. This led to him serving the students and community of Jackson-Milton Local Schools, where he worked as the superintendent of buildings and grounds. He was known for his strong work ethic, remarkable skill set and ability to tackle any project. Whether building, repairing or creating something with his hands, David approached every task with determination and pride.

An avid outdoorsman, David enjoyed hunting and spending time at the family cabin with his son, Josh. He was also an enthusiastic collector of seashells, shark teeth and baseball cards. Above all else, David’s greatest joy was his family. He treasured every moment spent with them and took immense pride in supporting his daughter Ashley throughout her athletic career. His love, guidance and devotion to his family will be remembered always.

David leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife of nearly 32 years, Kim Cameron, whom he married June 25, 1994; his daughter, Ashley Cameron and her fiance, Colin; his son, Josh Cameron; his parents, Glenn and Sara Cameron; his brother, Glenn (Cheryl) Cameron; and many extended family members and friends.

Family and friends may call 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Lane Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel, 5797 Mahoning Ave.

A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, immediately following visitation.

David’s legacy of hard work, generosity and unwavering love for his family will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
