Patricia A. Cramer 1959-2026
POLAND — Patricia A. “Patty” Swesey Cramer, 67, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, May 15, 2026.
Born Feb. 17, 1959, in Warren, Patty was the beloved daughter of Paul E. Swesey Sr. and June E. McClish Swesey.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend whose greatest joy in life was her family. Patty spent much of her life dedicated to raising her two sons.
After her sons reached adulthood, she embraced her role as a homemaker and loving wife, devoting herself fully to her family and especially to the grandchildren she adored.
Patty will be remembered for her kindness, selfless spirit and the unconditional love she gave so freely to those around her. Her proudest accomplishments were her sons, Michael P. Zembower Jr. and James D. Zembower, and the beautiful families they built. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Patty is survived by her loving husband, Steven T. Cramer, whom she married in December 2006; her sons, Michael P. (Ashley) Zembower Jr. and James D. (Tara) Zembower; her cherished grandchildren, Kalysta (Alec) Zembower, Robbie Hissem, Zoey Zembower, Xander Zembower, Timmy Zembower and Addison Zembower; her siblings, Bob (Ida) Swesey, Darlene (Angel) Swesey and Paula (Ed) Semanovich; and many nieces and nephews.
Patty was preceded in death by her parents, Paul E. Swesey Sr. and June E. Swesey; her beloved granddaughter, Rosalie Zembower; her nephew, Tim Swesey; and her siblings, Michael Swesey, Paul Swesey, Danny Swesey, Jack Swesey and Janet Maximovich.
Family and friends may pay their respects during calling hours 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2026, at Clemente Funeral Home, 10170 Main St., New Middletown, OH 44442.
A brief service will immediately follow.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Rosalie’s Forever Footprints, a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in memory of Patty’s beloved granddaughter, Rosalie Noelle Zembower. Monetary donations should be made out to Rosalie’s Forever Footprints and mailed to 8649 Spring Hill Trail, Poland, OH 44514.
