Mary Jane Paloski 1946-2026

HOWLAND — Mary Jane Paloski, 79, passed away peacefully at home in the comforting care of hospice on Sunday morning, May 3, 2026, in the presence of her loving family.

Mary Jane was born Dec. 3, 1946, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late John F. and Jane L. Morrison Brady.

Mary Jane was a 1964 graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School. She went on to perform a variety of administrative duties for Hynes Industries, retiring in 2008 after more than 40 years of service.

Outside of work and in addition to being a dedicated homemaker, Mary Jane was an avid volunteer at Trumbull Memorial Hospital and Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church, Warren, where she had been a longtime parishioner. She enjoyed socializing with friends at exercise classes and at local restaurants and was a loyal Notre Dame fan. Most of all, she cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren, whom she adored.

Mary Jane will always be remembered by her husband of 54 years, John Paloski of Howland, whom she married July 31, 1971; daughter, Jennifer Lynn (Ken) Stinson of University Park, Maryland; beloved grandchildren, Andrew, Catherine, Julienne and Matthew Stinson; brother, Michael (Mary) Brady; and her loved nieces, nephews and in-laws.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at noon Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish-Blessed Sacrament Church, 3020 Reeves Road NE, Warren, OH 44483, with the Rev. Christopher Cicero presiding. All guests are asked to arrive directly at the church.

A Rite of Committal will follow in All Souls Cemetery, 3823 Hoagland Blackstub Road, Cortland, OH 44410.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mary Jane’s name to The Hope Center for Cancer Care, 700 Howland Wilson Road SE, Warren, OH 44484 (in memory of her mother); or to Catholic Charities of Youngstown, www.ccdoy.org/give/.
