Jacqueline C. DiLisio 1976-2026

POLAND — Jacqueline C. DiLisio, 50, passed away Monday, May 18, 2026.

Jacqueline was born April 28, 1976, in Youngstown, the daughter of Ralph and Nancy Centofanti DiLisio.

Jacqueline was a 1995 graduate of Poland High School and was employed at Target.

In her spare time, Jacqueline loved watching and going to movies, reading, baking, and spending time with her nieces.

Jacqueline will always be remembered lovingly by her father, Ralph; two brothers, Paul (Renate) DiLisio and Michael DiLisio; two nieces, Lilliana and Isabella; five aunts and uncles, Marc (Jennie) DiLisio, Louisa (Gary) Baker, Achille Centofanti, John (Marlene) Centofanti and Joseph DiLisio; and many loving cousins.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy DiLisio; maternal grandparents, Luciano and Pasqualina Centofanti; paternal grandparents, Gaetano and Enrichetta DiLisio; uncle and aunt, Vittorio and Rosemary Centofanti; and aunt, Michelle DiLisio.

Family and friends may pay their respects 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2026, at the Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave., Boardman.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 23, 2026, at the funeral home, followed by an 11 a.m. Mass of Christian burial at St. Catherine of Siena Parish-St. Charles Church, 7345 Westview Drive, Boardman.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the doctors and staff at the Cleveland Clinic for the kind and compassionate care shown to Jacqueline over the past 35 years, and to the staff at the Hope Center for Cancer Care.
