Gary Long 1947-2026
LAKE MILTON — Gary Long, 78, passed peacefully on Friday, May 1, 2026, in the presence of his beloved wife, Mary Ann.
He was born Nov. 27, 1947, in Youngstown, a son of William and Dorothy Brocious Long.
Gary was a graduate of East High School and was a veteran of the United States Army.
He worked at General Motors Lordstown, retiring in 2000.
Gary is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Lapushansky Long; his children; his siblings; and two loving dogs, Joy and Jasmine.
He was preceded in death by his parents and by a sister, Judy Fortunato.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
