Betty G. Michael 1929-2026

She was born Sept. 3, 1929, a daughter of the late Bill and Jennie Corvett Rager. Betty married Dolph O. Michael, and they shared many years and raised two children together.

Betty was a wonderful homemaker who loved to watch Western movies. She crocheted and sewed plastic canvases. She enjoyed puzzles and never turned down a snack! Her greatest joy was found in her family.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Bruce (Carol) O. Michael and John A. Michael; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild on the way; and one sister.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Dolph O. Michael; five brothers; and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held at noon Thursday, May 7, at Lane Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel.

Family and friends may pay their respects 11 a.m. to noon Thursday at the funeral home.

Betty will be laid to rest in Green Haven Memorial Gardens.
