Theodore Zagorski 1971-2026

HUBBARD — Theodore Zagorski, 55, passed away surrounded by his family Monday, April 13, 2026, at Hospice House.

Theodore was born Feb. 7, 1971, in Youngstown, a son of Theodore T. and Catherine A. LoGiudice Zagorski.

He was a 1989 graduate of Hubbard High School.

From a very young age, Ted loved being outside. He spent hours exploring the woods and pond down the street from where he grew up. As a young man, Teddy’s adventures took him to Boulder, Colorado, where he enjoyed even more nature, mountain biking, hiking and snowboarding. In recent years, he spent much of his free time kayaking and steelhead fishing. Being in nature was Ted’s way to find rest and renewal.

Ted had a strong work ethic and was an asset to the roofing industry for over 20 years. He later was the property manager for Neverdun Blues Ranch in Brookfield, where he took care of the animals and especially loved the miniature horses.

Ted thrived in his recovery for the past several years and remained hopeful. He was the bravest person his family knew.

He will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his family: his sisters, Monica Cameli of Boardman, Cynthia Cameli of Olympia, Washington, Lee Anne (Bert) Madeline of Hubbard and Elizabeth Zagorski of Girard; two nieces and three nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

His parents preceded him in death.

In accordance with his wishes, no calling hours or services will be held.

The family asks that you remember Ted by kayaking, fishing or spending time in the great outdoors.

Special thanks to the dedicated staff at Hospice House and Southern Care Hospice.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home. Family and friends are invited to visit the funeral home’s website at www.stewart-kyle to share memories and condolences.
