Patricia Seachman 1958-2026

She was born July 2, 1958, in Salem, the daughter of the late Edward and Juanita Gibson Curl.

Patty was a graduate of Columbiana High School and received her bachelor’s degree from YSU, where she also retired as the assistant budget director.

She was a dog lover who enjoyed traveling the world with her husband Mike and spending time with her family. Patty was a kind person who loved everyone and whom everyone loved in return. She will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Seachman, whom she married Feb. 24, 1990; her stepdaughter, Tricia Lynn (Dean) Moore of Denver, Colorado; stepson, Steven Michael (Kristin) Seachman of Davidson, North Carolina; brother, William Curl of Warsaw, Indiana; and three grandchildren, Cadence Moore, Liliana Seachman and Grady Seachman. Also surviving are several beloved nieces and nephews.

Patty was preceded in death by a brother, Lloyd “Dave” George.

The family will receive friends 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.

A memorial service will be at noon Tuesday, at the funeral home, with Pastor Aaron Hurd officiating.

Patty will be laid to rest in Columbiana Cemetery.
