Margaret Price 1940-2026

Margaret was born May 2, 1940, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late John and Margaret Gordon.

She was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School. She worked for several years at Pesce Bakery in Youngstown.

Margaret was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend who treasured the time she spent with her family. Affectionately known as “Gramma Marge,” she brought warmth and love to those around her.

Margaret enjoyed watching game shows, playing bingo, going to garage sales with her son and making memories with her family. She found great joy in the simple moments of life and especially loved being surrounded by those she loved most.

Margaret is survived by her daughter, Juanita (Mark) Kolmacic of Campbell; her son, James (Stacey) Price of Campbell, and her foster daughter, Madeline (Mike) Lobaugh of New Castle, Pa.; her grandchildren, William Zayas Jr., Jennifer Zayas, Patrick J. Connelly, with whom she made her home, Heather (Brett) Sinning and Ashley (Shane) Simplot; great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved French bulldog, Baguette.

In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her daughters, Tina Herbert, Connie Price and Janet Mendez; her former husband, James R. Price; her great-grandchildren, Addison Sinning and Austin Turner; her brothers, John Gordon, Peter Gordon and Huey Gordon; and her beloved great-granddog, Stitch.

A celebration of life will be 1 to 4 p.m. on Margaret’s birthday, Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Elm Tree Catering, 170 Walton St., Struthers, OH 44471.
