SALEM — James Vincent Panescon, 87, passed away Sunday evening, March 29, 2026.
Friends and family will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 329 Maryland Ave, Fairmont, WV 26554, where a Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m.
