Gwyneth M. Rollin 1943-2026

She was born on Oct. 20, 1943, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, a daughter of the late Ieuan Morgan Roberts and Winnifred Singer Roberts.

Dr. Gwyneth M. Roberts married Dr. Robert L. Rollin in 1978, and together they shared over 45 years of marriage and wonderful memories. She earned her doctorate from Indiana University and spent 35 years teaching music theory at Youngstown State University.

Gwen loved hockey. She was a skilled violin and piano player her whole life. Gwen was a published music composer and writer. She was so fond of nature and traveling. She was such an incredibly loving person who enjoyed spending time with her family. Her greatest joy was loving her husband, Dr. Robert, and daughter, Susan.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving spouse, Dr. Robert Rollin; her daughter, Susan (Adam) Dunn; and grandchildren, Joshua Dunn, Evalynn Dunn and Aidan Dunn.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Enid Lloyd, and aunt, Anna Roberts.

In accordance with her wishes, a celebration of life will take place from 4 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday, April 12, 2026, in the Rose Gardens, at the Fellows Riverside Gardens, 123 McKinley Ave., Youngstown, OH 44509.
