HUBBARD -- Ronald A. Tremba, 90, passed away surrounded by his family on Friday, March 6, 2026, at O'Brien Memorial Health Care in Masury.
Ronald was born May 29, 1935, in Rimersburg, Pa., a son of Agusta B. and Lois Mortimer Tremba.
For 30 years he was a railroad car repairman at Youngstown Sheet and Tube, retiring in 1985.
He was a member of New Bedford Presbyterian Church.
Ronald enjoyed hunting, fishing and trapping.
He was a veteran of the United States Army.
His wife, the former Shirley D. Crissman, whom he married Feb. 10, 1956, passed away Nov. 7, 2024.
Ronald will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his family: his daughters, Crystal (Robert) Kopas of Brookfield and Carrie (Mark) Treharn of Girard; five grandchildren, Stephanie (Randall) Burbick, Daniel Kopas, Dana (Manoli Kalouris) Kopas, Cory (Kelly) Treharn and Kelsie (Brad) Bee; and seven great-grandchildren, Saphira, Ruby, Mason, Maya, Noah, Lydia and June. He also leaves his sister, Yvonne Horner of Rimersburg, Pa.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley; his daughter, Tina D. Whited; and his brother-in-law, Dennis Horner.
There will be services at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 11, 2026, with calling hours 10 to 11 a.m., at Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home.
Ronald will be laid to rest in Belmont Park Cemetery.
