Roger W. Diegele 1970-2026

Roger was born July 14, 1970, in Medina, the son of the late Fred and Bonnie Smith Diegele.

Roger was a 1988 graduate of Canfield High School, where he learned the title of 1987 weightlifting champion. Following high school, he pursued a career as an HVAC installer, a trade he worked in for many years.

In his free time, Roger enjoyed boating, fishing, hunting and riding his motorcycle. He was also a lifelong and devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Roger leaves to cherish his memory, his longtime companion of 14 years, his “Sunshine,” Jill Thompson of Canfield; two sons, Jeff Diegele and Brendan Bova, both of Canfield; four grandchildren, Dominic, Carmella and two other granddaughters; and many friends and neighbors he enjoyed spending time with, especially Nicole, Khloe and Cody.

In honoring Roger’s wishes, there were no services.
