Rodney R. Webber 1961-2026

EAST PALESTINE — Rodney R. Webber, 64, died Saturday morning, March 21, 2026, at Parkside Nursing Home, following a four-month battle with brain cancer.

A longtime resident of New Waterford, who recently moved to East Palestine, in 2021, he was born Aug. 6, 1961, in Salem, to Floyd “Bud” and Phyllis McCall Webber.

Rod worked as a millwright and cabinet maker at ME Supply for 28 years. He was a solitary guy, but his family and friends were important to him. He enjoyed woodworking and carving. His day was complete if he worked hard.

He was a member of New Waterford F.O.E. Aerie 2415.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Richard (Dorothy); and sister, Richelle (Craig) Kyle; as well as nieces and nephews, Austin and Brooke Webber and Adam and Allison Kyle.

The family is deeply grateful for the compassionate care provided by Patriot Hospice, and for the many cousins and friends whose support, kindness, and presence meant so much as they helped care for Rodney over the past four months.

A celebration of life at ME Supply will be announced soon.

Arrangements are in the care of the Weber Funeral Home.
