Diane L. Wire 1968-2026

Born Feb. 6, 1968, in Sharon, Pa., Diane was a proud graduate of Brookfield High School. She later earned her bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University, paving the way for a fulfilling career as a blood bank manager at St. Elizabeth Hospital.

Diane was known for her warm spirit and vast love for her family. She took immense pride in attending her children’s sporting events, cheering them on with enthusiasm and unwavering support.

Diane found joy in life’s simple pleasures, whether playing a spirited game of cards like rummy, savoring her favorite Diet Dr Pepper or delighting in her culinary creations, especially her signature chicken francaise and chicken paprikash. She cherished quiet moments spent watching her favorite television shows and creating memorable experiences at home with her loved ones.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Kenneth A. Wire, whom she married Sept 27, 1997; four children, Amanda, Ashley, Aaron and Aidan, all of Poland; stepson, Kenneth Wire Jr. of Struthers; and her siblings, Paul (Kathy) Sees of Masury, Frank (Judy) Sees of Canfield, Susan Green of Youngstown, Patricia (Randy) Rembold of Edgewood, New Mexico, and Karen Pollock of Cape Coral, Florida.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Dolores Cubic Sees, and her sister, Lori Sees.

Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, March 30, 2026, and 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Poland Chapel. A celebration of Diane’s life will follow at noon Tuesday at the funeral home.
