Stephanie A. Pavlich 1965-2026

BOARDMAN — Stephanie A. Pavlich, 60, passed away Tuesday evening, Feb. 10, at her home, with her loving daughters by her side.

Stephanie was born Oct. 8, 1965, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Jack and Arlene Oris Walsh. She was a proud 1983 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School.

In 2011, Stephanie began working for the Austintown Local Schools food service department as an IT technician. She truly loved her job and the people she worked with, forming friendships and connections that meant so much to her. Stephanie found joy in Croatian music, laughter with friends and the simple moments spent together with those she loved most.

Stephanie leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Jackie Pavlich and Julie (Colton) Jenkins; her beloved granddaughter, Avalyn Jenkins, and one grandchild on the way; and the Walsh Strong Clan: Brian (Cathy) Walsh, Karen (Joe) Fridrich, Kathy Walsh, Terri Antinone, Susan Moore and John (Robin) Walsh, along with many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Arlene Walsh; her brother, Leo Walsh; and her sister, Beth Beligni.

Per Stephanie’s request, a Croatian celebration of life featuring Mikey Dee performing will be held at a later date.

She leaves all who knew her with this reminder: “Eat the cake, drink the drink, and enjoy life.”

Material tributes can be made in her memory to St. George Croatian Center, 3200 Vestal Road, Youngstown, OH 44509; or The Voice of the CFU, P.O. Box 1860, Youngstown, OH 44501.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Edward J. Fox & Sons Funeral Home, 4700 Market St., Boardman. Family and friends may visit www.foxfuneralhome.org to view this obituary and to give condolences to the family.
