M. Evelyn White 1933-2026

Born in Butler County, Pa., to Joseph and Laura Worsk, she married Raymond C. White in 1951 and spent most of her adult life in the Pymatuning Lake area before moving in recent years to live with her daughter Vicki in Canfield.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her sister, Marjorie LaFerle; and her brother, Richard Worsk.

She is survived by her daughters, Laurie White-Brant (Mike Smith) of Morehead City, North Carolina, Vicki Ferko (Donald) of Canfield, and Joni Fertig of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; her grandchildren, Donald Ferko III (Malinda) of Canfield, Abby Makabali (Chris) of Westlake, and Gina Fertig of Sharpsville, Pa.; seven great-grandchildren; and her nephew and niece, Joseph and Sandra Worsk.

She was the heart of her family and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A celebration of life service will be at 11:30 a.m. on May 3, 2026, at Westford Methodist Church in Westford, Pa., where friends and family are invited to share memories and honor her legacy. Luncheon immediately following in the Church hall.
