Kathleen Delfino 1957-2026
CORNERSBURG — Kathleen “Kathy” Delfino, 68, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026.
Born Oct. 15, 1957, in Youngstown, Kathy was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Eleanor Cerimele Delfino.
Kathy attended the Bev Road MASCO Workshop and the Javit Court Center and most recently was part of the RaeArc Industries family at the Carousel Center.
Kathy had a vibrant personality and a true love for entertainment. She had a love for Halloween and often could be found watching scary movies and faithfully tuned into “Wheel of Fortune” and “Jeopardy” each evening. She never missed episodes of “The Lawrence Welk Show” or “The Golden Girls,” which always brought her laughter. Music filled her heart, especially the songs of Connie Francis. Kathy also enjoyed playing bingo.
She will be deeply missed by her cousins, Daniel (Kathy) Glozer of Struthers and Don Ozenghar, along with many cousins from the Delfino, Cerimele, Ozenghar and Glozer families; and the love of her life, Joe Chiricosta, who brought her great happiness.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff and aides at RaeArc Industries, as well as Mercy Health Hospice of the Valley, for their compassionate and devoted care shown to Kathy.
Calling hours will be 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2026, at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, 270 N. Main St., Poland, OH 44514.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026, at St. Christine Roman Catholic Church, 3165 S. Schenley Ave., Youngstown, OH 44511.
Kathy will be laid to rest beside her parents in Lake Park Cemetery.
