Donald J. Briner 1960-2026

He was born June 12, 1960, in Butler, Pa., son of the late Philip Briner and Mary Jane Heller.

Donald graduated from Butler High School and worked as an aide at Ron Joy Nursing Home. He also worked at Masters Security as a guard and the Pastime Bar, where he made many friends.

Don was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed cooking, watching “Dark Shadows,” decorating for the holidays, and reading books by John Sanford and Stuart Woods.

He leaves to cherish his memory his sisters, Diane McFeaters and Hope Stoner; brother, Mike Briner; and several nieces, nephews and many friends, especially Michael Lonardo.

Don was preceded in death by his sister, Deborah Briner; brother, David Briner; and sister, Terri Briner-Gould.

Family and friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2026, at the Fox Funeral Home.
