Jill C. White 1950-2026

POLAND — Jill Carla Lukashik White, 75, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026, at St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital, with her devoted husband, Gary, at her side.

Jill was born on May 30, 1950, in Youngstown to the late John C. and June Seymour Lukashik and was a lifelong resident of the Mahoning Valley. She was a 1969 graduate of Poland Seminary High School.

She worked for many years as a waitress at the Ponderosa Restaurants in Boardman and Austintown, retiring in 2007.

Jill was the most beautiful, kind and loving soul — always greeting everyone with her warm, radiant smile and was forever ready to listen or lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Family was the most important part of Jill’s life — first with her two children and later with her grandchildren, whom she loved so very dearly.

She cherished her many trips to the family home in North Port, Florida, where she delighted in sunny days at the beach, searching for shells and shark’s teeth and soaking in the warmth of the sun she so loved.

Jill met her future husband while they were both in junior high school. They later married on Oct. 16, 1971, and shared 54 wonderful years together. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Jill is survived by her loving husband, Gary D. White; her son, Jason T. (Michelle) White of Parma; her son-in-law, Ralph Molina of Mineral Ridge; her grandchildren, Makenna White, Jax White, Brody Molina, Cameryn Molina and Dylan June Molina; a sister, Jacci Hart of New Cumberland, W.Va.; her sisters-in-law, Debbie Cabuno, Laura Bailey and Maria White; and brother-in-law, Jeff (Cynthia) White of New Bern, North Carolina.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and June Lukashik; her most dearly loved daughter, Jody J. Molina; her infant grandson, Greyson Romeo Molina; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Betty White; and her brothers-in-law, David A. White, Mark Bailey and Mike Cabuno.

Jill’s family extends a heartfelt thank you to the staff and nurses at Masternick Memorial Health Care Center for the compassion, love and kindness shown to Jill during her stay.

In accordance with Jill’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services at this time. Cremation has taken place.

Arrangements are being handled by Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, 11 Spring St., Struthers, OH 44471.
