Gail H. Yallech 1934-2026

Gail was born July 2, 1934, in Youngstown, a daughter of Samuel and Myrtle Kaiser Luther.

Gail graduated from Struthers High School and began working at Ohio Bell until she met the love of her life, James M. Yallech. Gail and Jim married Nov. 17, 1956, and enjoyed 62 years of marriage until Jim’s passing in May 2019.

Family was everything to Gail. She leaves her three sons, James J. Yallech of Boardman, Robert (Anne) Yallech of Poland and Todd Yallech of Austintown; three grandchildren, Nicholas, Dylan and Jansen; and three great-grandchildren, Ezra, Everson and Everly. She also leaves her sister, Barbara Berroteran, and her brother, Ronald Luther.

In addition to her husband, Jim, she was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Leigh Yallech; two brothers, Harold and Jack Luther; and four sisters, Clara Prine, Dorothy Macejko, Joyce Mancuso and Karen Luther Pochiro.

Gail was a lifelong member of the United Methodist Church.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no services.
