Donald Massaro Jr. 1962-2026

KENNESAW, Ga. — Donald Massaro Jr., 63, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Massaro Sr. and Betty Massaro.

He is survived by his daughter, Alexandra Massaro; brother, Tim Massaro and wife Jen Massaro; and sister, Chris Yost and brother-in-law, Tom Yost. He also leaves behind beloved Massaro nephews, Brandon, Brian, Jason and Kevin, and many other family and friends.

Born in Struthers, Don was a devoted father, loyal friend and respected business owner. He found so much joy in riding his motorcycle through the mountains and backroads with his friends, cheering for the Steelers and Braves, and spending time on any body of water. He most cherished time with his daughter Alex, including their weekly cornhole league, calling their time together “priceless.”

Don proudly served his community in countless ways. He volunteered with the Cobb Humane Society and MUST Ministries, rang the bell for the Salvation Army, pulled people out of ditches and off the side of the road on snow and ice days, and so much more. He was a proud Kiwanian and Leadership Cobb alumnus and cherished the Cobb County community.

Don owned and operated Integrity Extinguisher alongside his nephew, Jason, with pride. He loved going to work every day and truly valued the relationships he built with his customers, and many were true friends. Don will be remembered as generous, selfless and considerate … with the best sense of humor and wit.

In lieu of flowers and in honor of Don’s heart for service, memorial donations may be made to the Cobb Humane Society or MUST Ministries.
