Cheryl A. Clevenstine 1976-2026
ENCINO, Calif. — Cheryl Ann “Cherly” Clevenstine, 49, passed away peacefully Friday, Jan. 2, 2026.
Cherly was born Sept. 22, 1976, in Youngstown, the daughter of Rosetta Cheryl Ann Clevenstine and the late Malcom Clevenstine.
She was a graduate of Canfield High School and went on to attend the University of Denver, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in film. Following her passion for creativity and the arts, Cheryl pursued her dreams by moving to California, where she began her career in the film industry.
Cherly lived life to the fullest and found joy in both the simple and extraordinary things in life. Independent and free-spirited, she embraced the world with kindness, creativity and authenticity. She had a deep love for nature, music and the arts. From a young age, Cherly stood out for her spirit and individuality. Cherly was known for her gentle heart and compassionate soul.
Cheryl will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her mother, Rosetta Clevenstine of Palm Coast, Florida. She leaves her beloved daughter, Areil Rose Fabra; her three sisters, Jacqueline Bucci and Judy Clevenstine Rhea, both of Palm Coast, Florida, and Christine Clevenstine Woods of St. Augustine, Florida; her brother, Tony Bucci of Poland; and several nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place.
A service will take place at 11 a.m. Jan. 30, 2026, at Craig Funeral Home, 511 S. Old Kings Road, Flagler Beach, FL 32136.
