Cassandra Robbins 1999-2025
CLEVELAND — It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Cassandra “Cassie” Robbins, 26, who left us far too soon on Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2025.
She was born at North Side Hospital in Youngstown on Feb. 24, 1999, the daughter of Alaina Singer Robbins and Steven Robbins.
Cassie was a graduate of Boardman High School in June 2017. She went on to pursue higher learning at the University of Cincinnati, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in digital media in August 2021.
Cassie worked as a fine dining server at Oliva Steakhouse in Cleveland, and was a freelance artist and a homeopathic business owner of Zen Handmade, Herbal Salves and Remedies.
Her kindness and bright smile touched everyone she met, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of her family, friends and community. To know Cassie truly was to love her! She found her greatest peace in nature, whether she was trekking up a mountain trail or setting up camp under a canopy of stars. Her love for travel and collecting sea glass at numerous beaches was equally strong. From the Pacific to the Atlantic Ocean and beyond, to the local shores of Edgewater Park, Cassie was happiest with the sun on her face and her dog, Max, by her side.
A gifted artist, Cassie saw beauty in the world and sought to capture it through her sketching, painting, tattoo designs and various other creative pursuits including musical talents of the cello, electric guitar and keyboard. Her artwork was a reflection of her soul — vibrant, thoughtful and so full of life.
So many beautiful memories of Cassie’s love and compassion live on through her family, including her mother, Alaina Singer Robbins (Jake) of Boardman; her father, Steven Robbins (Jennifer), and his children, Cassie’s siblings, Morgan, Logan, Jessica and Gavin Robbins of Canfield; her maternal grandparents, Gary Singer (Elaine) of Boardman and Laurie Taylor (“Dick”) of Austintown; and her paternal grandmother, Jennifer Robbins of Boardman. She also leaves behind maternal aunts, Tracy Gonzalez of Campbell and “Missy” Meyers (“Doug”) of Meridian, Texas; paternal aunt, “Judi” Ricottilli of Boardman; maternal uncle, “Joe” Taylor (“Debbie”) of Boardman; paternal uncle, “Zac” Robbins (“Abby”) of Columbus; many great-aunts and -uncles; and 10 cousins who grew up together with Cassie and will miss her infectious positivity dearly. May her memory forever live on in their hearts.
Cassie was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, “Jerry” Robbins Jr.
