William Kinsley 1960-2025

Bill was born March 9, 1960, in Youngstown, to the late Harry Morgan and Alice Verna Tressler Kinsley. He was a graduate of Struthers High School.

Bill enjoyed watching Westerns, loved cooking and spending time walking through the park, taking in nature’s simple pleasures. Above all, he was a family man at heart. He cherished memories of special days and life’s events, and taught his family that true value is not measured by money, but by the time, love and friendship shared with one another.

Bill is survived by his niece, Jessie (Dan) Wright; his nephew, Dillan Garry Kinsley; his niece, Heather Kachaylo; his sister, Donna (Mike) Kachaylo; his great-niece, Kinsley Wright; his lifelong friend, Christine Kinsley; and many extended family members and close friends.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Garry Morgan Kinsley.

A brief prayer service will be 3 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2025, in the chapel at Lake Park Cemetery, 1459 E. Midlothian Blvd., Youngstown, OH 44502.
