LeVar Arnell Belcher 1977-2025

He was born March 21, 1977, in Youngstown, the son of J.V. Jr. and Judith Carol Harmon Belcher.

LeVar was owner / operator of Bboyz Detailing for nine years. He attended East High School and enjoyed bowling, billiards and listening to music. He was a Dallas Cowboys fan.

He leaves to mourn one son, Markise Belcher, and one daughter, Ms. Lameisha Belcher, both of Columbus; his mother, Ms. Judith C. Harmon Belcher; and two brothers, Steven (Shaneise) Belcher and James Belcher, all of Youngstown; two grandchildren; three aunts, Ms. Jessie Copeland, Mrs. Eartha (Melvin) Sanders and Ms. Annette Harmon; and one niece, Ms. Rolanda “Lonnie” Neal, all of Youngstown; and a host of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, J.V. Belcher Jr.; one brother, Stanford Belcher; one sister, Ms. Lou Manda Marie Belcher; and grandparents, J.V. Belcher Sr., and Noble Sr. and Marie Beverly Harmon.

Funeral services will be noon Friday, Dec. 12, 2025, at Sterling-McCullough Williams Youngstown Funeral Chapel, with calling hours 11 a.m. to noon.

Burial will take place in Tod Homestead Cemetery.

Arrangements of comfort were handled by the Sterling-McCullough Williams Youngstown Funeral Home.
