John P. Livingston 1954-2025

John was born Sept. 7, 1954, in Youngstown. He was a 1972 graduate of Hubbard High School.

For many years John was a carman with Conrail, which later became Norfolk and Southern Railroad, and was the owner / operator of Castaways Bar in Hubbard.

He was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church.

John loved racing, spending time with his family and his dog, Ebbie.

He will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his family: his wife, the former Cindy A. Will, whom he married Aug. 26, 1985; his sister, Nancy Lavelle of Hubbard; sisters-in-law, Georgetta Will and Barb Will; brother-in-law, Jack Stafford; several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and -nephews and one great-great nephew.

Beside his mother, Mary Catherine Greer Livingston, he was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Eleanor Will; his brother, Daniel P. Livingston; brothers-in-law, Jack Lavelle, Jerry Will and Rick Will; sister-in-law, Loraine Stafford; and nieces, Wendy Lavelle and Krissy Stafford.

There will be a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 19, 2025, at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church.
