John Iaderosa 1928-2025

John was born March 29, 1928, in Cervino, Caserta, Italy, the son of Francesco and Vincenza Vigliotti Iaderosa.

He retired from Commercial Intertech as a millwright after 36 years of service.

John was a member of St. Christine Church.

In his spare time, John loved riding motorcycles and was a member of the Pirate Motorcycle Club. He enjoyed gardening and making his homemade wine every year. Most of all, he loved his family immensely and always made sure they had everything they needed.

John will always be remembered lovingly by his daughter, Joanna Iaderosa; son, Frank Iaderosa; stepdaughter, Sarah Femia; seven grandchildren, Jason (Amber) Freudenberg, Jordan Freudenberg, Kristin (Alex) Edwards, Lauren Iaderosa, Marissa (Dominic) Grilli, Nick (Stacey) Femia and Melissa (Charlie) Hess; 13 great-grandchildren; a brother; a sister; sister-in-law, Francine Iaderosa; many loving nieces and nephews in the United States and Italy; and his neighbors, Joyce and Chip Csepeggi, and Dave Pecchio.

His wife, the former Phyllis Ross, whom he married Aug. 12, 1953, passed away May 12, 2009.

Besides his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by seven siblings and his son-in-law, Vince Femia.

Family and friends may pay their respects 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025, at Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave., Boardman.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 12, 2025, at St. Christine Church in Youngstown. Meet directly at church for Mass.
