Dorothy C. Loshuk 1929-2025

Dorothy was born Feb. 2, 1929, in Struthers, a daughter of Andrew and Anna Paddy Repasky.

She was a homemaker and a member of Christ Our Savior Parish-St. Nicholas Church, Struthers. She was also a member of the First Catholic Slovak Ladies 156.

She was an avid sports fan and enjoyed bowling, golf and playing pool, and over the years, won many awards for all of these activities.

Dorothy married John Loshuk Sr. on May 12, 1947; he passed away June 26, 2007.

Dorothy leaves one son, David R. (Kathie) Loshuk of Poland; three grandchildren, John Loshuk III, Jeff (Kimberly) Huff and Christine (Larry) Price; three great-grandchildren, John Loshuk IV, Leah and Payton Price; and a sister-in-law, Dorothy Repasky.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; son, John Loshuk Jr. and his wife, Beverly; one daughter, Loretta Huff; three brothers, Martin, Andrew and Frank Repasky; and seven sisters, Mary Joseph, Margaret Cossack, Ann Baluck, Helen Maga, Irene Coletta, Veronica Krispli and Katherine Rhodes.

A prayer service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2025, at the Clemente Funeral Home, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at the Christ Our Savior Parish-St. Nicholas Church, both in Struthers.

Friends may call 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2025, at the funeral home.
